| Registration is open to all companies /businesses in Malaysia registered with The Companies Commission of Malaysia, Ministry of Finance, or Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia (CIDB)

| COMPANY/BUSINESS DOCUMENTATION AND INFORMATION |
| Companies wishing to register are required to provide complete, updated and verified information as below:-
1. Recent Bank Statement, The account holder’s name must match with that of the company applying. 2. Copy of Certificate from Ministry of Finance Company Registration Declaration Certificate and Bumiputera Company Registration Declaration Certificate (if available) 3. Copy of Constuction Industry Development Board of Malaysia Certificate(CIDB): Registration and Government Procurement Working Declaration Certificate. 4. Copy of Bumiputera Status Certificate from the Contractor Service Center (if available) 5. Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) information:- |
| REGISTRATION VALIDITY PERIOD |
| The company registration is valid for TWO(2) years only beginning from the date of its registration with Selangor Foundation.
Repeat / New registrations can be done as soon as this period is over. Selangor Foundation reserves the right to decline any registration if the information provided does not match with the information/records held by the Ministry of Finance or Constuction Industry Development Board of Malaysia /Contractor Service Center Malaysia |

| Companies wishing to register must guarantee and ensure that all the data, information and supporting documents provided whilst making the registration are authentic Fabricating or providing false information or suspicious documentations will result in the registration being rejected or in the case of approved registrations, immediate termination. Selangor Foundation will take appropriate action towards the company involved.
YAYASAN SELANGOR HAS NO OBLIGATION TO OFFER CONTRACTS TO COMPANIES REGISTERED WITH SELANGOR FOUNDATION. |
